Colima

Colima is an old Spanish city west of Mexico City, about an hour's drive from the Pacific coast. The center of the city is attractive and rustic. It is a growing city that has some industry in the city and lush fields with much agriculture outside the city limits. Richard and Kathy Porowski took a trip there in the beginning of January, 2006 to be with the pastor Javier Bravo and his wife Elenita, their family and the church that they are involved with. The time was very worthwhile in the Lord as well as a time of refreshing for everyone including Richard and Kathy. The links that are being made by Javier and the church with other churches and brethren is encouraging.

El Ocotito and Omitlan

Richard took a trip to El Ocotito and Omitlan from November 15th to the 21st. It was a very worthwhile time of visiting with brethren there in four churches and of preaching 6 times in all. Some people gave their lives to the Lord, and many were ministered to. It is great how the Lord times things, and shows His wonderful ability to orchestrate opportunities for us to be used by Him.
