In April we had our friends Bernard and Hazel visit us for several weeks, and they used our church as a base from which they traveled to several other places to visit and minister. It was a great time with them as usual. Our church has some extra meetings, and some meals together and so on. We love to be together!!

On Sunday, September 19, 2010 our church met together to bring Doug Abel and Dave Minarik into eldership in the church. Through the few weeks before that, our church considered the proposal that they be chosen to be elders. Our church prayed and fasted on the 16th, had a men's meeting on the Friday for a time of discussion, and then a meeting of the whole church on the Saturday. The decision was 100% in favor of the decision. We all esteem Doug and Dave highly, and know that this will be of much blessing to the church. We also took the opportunity to get a few group photos! Our dear brother Bernard Hull was with us for the weekend, standing with us and then ministering to the church on Sunday.
